From that time, our business has grown each year until we are now one of the largest special event rental centers in the area. We employ an average of 14 with over 100 years of combined expertise in the rental industry.

All rates quoted are based on a one day event. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All tents, canopies, and inflatables require an additional deposit fee on top of rental fee. This will be returned as long as the rented property is returned on time / undamaged.
All linens, dishware, stemware, utensils etc. require an additional deposit fee which will be refunded upon return as long as the linens are unstained, untorn, undamaged, and the equipment/dish, stemware and utensils are rinsed clean.
Inflatables cannot be canceled due to weather. Refund will not be administered. However, we will allow you to reschedule to the next available day. If it is drizzling, you are still expected to pick up/use the inflatable.
Canopies and tents are to shield from weather, you are not allowed to cancel canopy or tent rentals due to rain.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash. We require a 50% deposit for reservations. The balance is due before the event.
Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery rates for most deliveries within 15 miles of 01843 is $65.00 Last minute deliveries and long distance deliveries are subject to price differentials. Additional fees will be charged for other than first floor door-to-door deliveries. Upon delivery, all items will be neatly stacked in a mutually convenient, sheltered (protected from the elements) location. On pick-up, all items should be at the drop-off location. All equipment must be placed in original containers, and tables and chairs stacked.
We require a four hour window of time for deliveries and pick-ups. We do not guarantee a specific delivery/pick up time regarless of what is on the contract. Delivery and pick up times and dates are subject to change without notice but will not be of further charge to customer.
Set-up and Take-down
We are happy to offer these services for various rental items. Please call for pricing.
All items rented are “table ready”. Before returning, dishes should be scraped and rinsed. Grills must be scraped clean while hot. Linens should be dry and free of debris and should NEVER be placed in plastic bags. Children's chairs should be without frosting and tape, tables should be free of tape and staples.
